Email Marketing

We use MailChimp to send you updates on our website (a double opt-in service). You can request at any time to stop receiving these emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email.

MailChimp uses a two-factor security system.  MailChimp nor Tips 4 Trips sells or forwards your personal data to any other services.

How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your email address for the newsletter will be kept for as long as you wish to continue receiving updates from us.

If you contacted us via email or contact form your email address and communication may be kept by us indefinitely.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

We use regular Malware Scanning.
